RJC congratulates the Class of 2006 for their Excellent Results
13 Rafflesians secure top scores at A-levels 2006 - Highest Ever
1.
Thirteen students from the RJC Class of 2006 emerged with top scores at the A-Level 2006 examinations, each with a score of 4 A-Level distinctions, 3 S-Paper distinctions and A1 in General Paper.
They are Chan Tian How, Lin Anrong, Cheng Justin, Chuah Yuxin, Li Qian Xiao, Wat Zhiwen Sergius, Zhao Yan, Kang Zi Han, Wee Liang Yi Justin, Ma Siming, Kaan Hung Leng, Koh Pang Wei and Lu Yun.

In addition, 31 other students scored 4 A-Level distinctions, 2 S-Paper distinctions and A1 in GP.
3. Overall, 912 students of the class of 2006 scored 3 or more distinctions compared to 651 last year.
S-Paper Results
4. For the S-Papers, 21 students scored 3 S-Paper distinctions, 92 scored 2 S-Paper distinctions and 214 scored 1 S-Paper distinction.
Sports and Arts
5. The Class of 2006 has also achieved very impressive results in the area of sports. At the Schools National Sports and Games Competitions last year, the Class achieved 19 Gold, 10 Silver and 7 Bronze medals, achieving the best results among the JCs/CI. In addition, the school's drama team, Raffles Players, achieved a Gold Award for their performance in the Singapore Youth Festival (Drama) competition.
6. "We are very pleased with the excellent performance of our students from the Class of 2006. I attribute this to the hard work put in by them and the dedication of our teachers," said Principal Winston Hodge.
