Raffles Talent Development Centre (RTDC) aims to provide enriched and stimulating programmes that will help students and teachers within the Rafflesian community to identify, explore and develop their individual competencies and strengths.

The nature of programmes under RTDC can be described as follows:

• Multi-dimensional – RTDC will not only expand participants’ knowledge of a particular subject area but will also help them explore links, however unconventional, between different subjects so as to generate new ideas and create knowledge;
• Multi-faceted – RTDC offers all-rounded programmes, which are also differentiated, to maximise learning opportunities for participants e.g. social outreach enterprises which will enhance participants’ emotional and affective intelligence; and
• Multi-national – RTDC aims to also establish links with prestigious educational institutions overseas so that joint courses and/or exchange programmes to be conducted with the Raffles schools. This will provide opportunities for interaction among like-minded individuals – a hotbed for fostering friendships and alliances, and a crucible for original ideas and concepts.
