The college's comprehensive student development programme aims to equip students with the ability to lead happy, healthy and purposeful lives. It strives to develop students to the best of their potential as individuals and nurture them to be good citizens, caring and conscious of their responsibilities to family, community and the nation.

In Year 5 and 6, such knowledge, skills and values are actively taught through the Character Education, Citizenship Education and Physical Education programmes, and then put into action and practice by students through the Leadership Development, Community Education, and Co-Curricular Activities programmes. All these Student Development programmes are an essential part of life at Raffles and will equip students with the ability to live lives of personal fulfillment and societal contribution.
