Rules and Regulations

1. The borrowing duration is 3 weeks from the date of pick-up. Should the customer exceed this duration, daily fines of $3-$5 will be imposed on each set of accessories/costumes.

2. For a set costume, renting of the top/bottom only is allowed. Rental cost would then be half of the original cost.

3. The preferred mode of payment is cheque, addressed to Raffles Junior College.

4. When handing in the application form, a 50% refundable deposit (based on the total cost of rental) must be made on top of the payment of the full cost of rental. The deposit will be refunded upon return of borrowed costumes in good condition.

5. Cost of damages/lost will be recovered from the deposit and any balance will be refunded.

6. Please note that no alterations should be made to the borrowed costumes.

7. Costumes should be dry cleaned before returning. Please attach a photocopy of the receipt (of costume dry cleaning service) when returning them.

8. As this rental site is school-based, please present a letter from the organisation/individual involved regarding the details of the rent. This letter would be kept for documentation purposes. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this measure.

9. Please provide a photocopy of the front and back of the borrower's IC upon payment and collection of costumes.
